I’ve been making picks on Fliff for a couple of years now from California, and it’s among the best options for social sportsbooks out there. While it has its limitations, Fliff Sports Picks offers a nice selection for most sports on top of highly competitive odds. In a state without legal sports betting, that’s the best I can really ask for. But what makes me say yay about Fliff beyond the bare minimum? Here’s my comprehensive review of the Fliff promo code for new signups, the promotions that follow the welcome bonus, and the features that make me open the app every single day.

How Fliff Social Betting Works
Fliff is a social sportsbook, which means it’s available in most US states because it’s not a real-money sports betting app. Instead, Fliff works by offering two types of currency: Gold Coins and Fliff Cash. Use Gold Coins to make picks for the fun of it (and complete daily challenges), and use Fliff Cash to win cash prizes.
Fliff Cash
Fliff Cash is what players use on Fliff to win cash prizes. To purchase Fliff Cash, you buy packages of Gold Coins, which come with an amount of Fliff Cash equal to your purchase. For example, making a $19.99 purchase comes with thousands of Gold Coins and $22 in Fliff Cash.
You can also receive free Fliff Cash by logging in daily to collect $1 Fliff Cash (up to a maximum of $5 Fliff Cash) as well as through a variety of promotions and giveaways.
The Fliff Cash you receive cannot be immediately redeemed for a cash prize.. Instead, you must make picks with the Fliff Cash, and the winning Fliff Cash is available for cash prize redemption. For example, if you bet $10 Fliff Cash on a pick with +100 odds and win, you receive $20 in Fliff Cash available for redemption.
$1 Fliff Cash equals $1 in cash prize redemption. Keep in mind that you must have at least $50 Fliff Cash to redeem for a cash prize.
Gold Coin Play
You might wonder what the point is of playing with Gold Coins. There are a few reasons:
- Risk-free play: Every day that you log in, you’ll receive thousands of Gold Coins, and you’ll win even more when you make picks. I have millions in my account, and it’s fun to make picks I’m unsure about with the fun money.
- See your stats: Every time you use Fliff Cash, make the same pick with Gold Coins. That way, you can get some neat stats related to your play, such as success rate, hit rate, and where you rank among other players.
- Earn experience points: Making picks with Gold Coins is the only way to earn experience points. Experience points can be earned each day that you log in and make picks, any pick you make after purchasing coins, and by completing the daily challenges.
- Complete daily challenges: Use Gold Coins to complete the daily challenges, which involve making four picks on four different events. After you complete the challenge, you receive a dozen or more experience points.
Experience Points
You can earn experience points by playing with Gold Coins. Once you earn enough experience points (at least 200 or more), you can redeem them for Fliff Cash. For example, if you have 500 Experience Points, you can go to purchase Fliff Coins. There, you choose to make the purchase with Experience Points rather than your credit card or bank account.
Otherwise a Standard Sportsbook Setup
Besides the unusual currency setup, you’ll be happy to know that Fliff otherwise works like a regular sportsbook. Whether with the fun-play Gold Coins or with Fliff Cash, players can make a variety of picks across a wide range of markets. This includes NFL prop bets, basketball same-game parlays, and live betting on baseball. These setup makes Fliff an ideal option for those in states without legal real-money sports betting.
How To Withdraw Winnings at Fliff
Cashing out on Fliff took me a second to figure out. But once you know where it’s located, it takes just a few seconds:
- Click on “profile” in the bottom middle of the app.
- In the upper right corner, you’ll see the three-line menu bar. Click that to bring up the menu.
- Click on, “Redeem Fliff Cash.”
- You’ll see the total balance of Fliff Cash in your account as well as what’s redeemable today. The minimum redemption for a cash prize is $50 Fliff Cash for a $50 cash prize.
- Note that you can only cash out once per week. So if you cashed out two days ago, for example, you’d need to wait five more days before you can cash out again. You can continue to purchase coins and make picks, though.
Fliff Promo Codes for Existing Users
Free Daily Login Bonus: | $1 per day and $0.10 every few hours, up to a maximum of $5. |

Random Giveaways: | It’s not uncommon to log in to Fliff on Monday and receive $5 in Fliff Cash for seemingly no reason other than continued loyalty. |
Experience Points: | Players can make picks daily, after depositing, and for the daily challenges to earn Experience Points, which can be redeemed for Fliff Cash. |
Full Fliff Sports Picks Review
App Quality – 5.0 out of 5.0 Yays
At the time of writing this review, the Fliff app boasts 4.8 out of 5.0 stars in the App Store and 4.7 out of 5.0 stars on Google Play, with over 100,000 reviews for each. These scores reinforce what I already knew: Fliff offers an excellent app. Everything loads up quickly, navigation is a breeze, and you’ll find the sports and picks you’re looking for quickly.
- Fast loading speed.
- Easy to navigate.
- Available for iOS and Android.
- Universally admired for its quality.
- Slower than real-money sportsbook apps when it comes to live betting.
- Has crashed during the biggest sporting events like the Super Bowl.
Welcome Bonus & Promotions – 4.0 out of 5.0 Yays
Fliff offers new players a considerable amount up front with $500 in Fliff Cash for just $100, which is a great deal. That’s 5x the purchase amount, which is a better bonus than most real-money sportsbook apps.
However, Fliff loses a point by offering what all our top social casinos offer: a sweepstakes no deposit bonus. We always want to see our readers get some free Fliff Cash the moment they sign up, no purchase necessary. Instead, they get the $1 free Fliff Cash for logging in, which they can get every day that they log in.
As for Fliff promo codes for existing users, it offers a pretty good amount of opportunity to earn free Fliff Cash with daily challenges, regular giveaways, social media contests, and earning Experience Points.
- Big up front offer for up to $500 Fliff Cash.
- Low 1x playthrough requirements.
- Fun to earn the free Fliff Cash – it’s not simply opting in, you do activities to earn it.
- Does not offer a no deposit bonus.
Sports Catalog – 4.0 out of 5.0 Yays
Fliff covers all the essentials, including every major league sport, college football and basketball, and internal soccer. However, it doesn’t have nearly the selection you’ll find at real-money sportsbooks, which offer an extensive selection of more niche sports. But if you just like betting on the major events, Fliff will always have you covered.
Also, Fliff has sports teams otherwise restricted in states. For example, if you’re in New York and can’t place real-money wagers on in-state colleges, you can still make picks on these schools on Fliff. That’s a pretty neat option for fans of in-state athletics.
- Offers bets on all major league sports.
- Covers internal soccer and other overseas sports.
- Doesn’t have the huge selection offered by real-money sportsbooks.
Types of Bets Available – 4.0 out of 5.0 Yays
Fliff has an excellent selection of bets on the NFL, NBA, NCAAF, and MLB. You can place tons of prop bets, same-game parlays, live betting, and beyond. There’s truly no difference between Fliff and real-money sportsbooks on this front.
However, you’re more limited when it comes to less popular sports. For example, international soccer has prop bets but no same-game parlays, and live betting for a lot of sports are so delayed that they’re not even worth dealing with.
- Same-game parlays on NFL and more.
- Prop bets on almost all sports offered.
- All the basics offered on all sports, including points spread and points total.
- Cross-sport parlay is available and simple.
- Limited bet selection on more niche sports like international soccer.
Competitive Odds – 4.5 out of 5.0 Yays
Even if you live in a state with legal real-money sports betting apps, it’s worth downloading Fliff to check for the best odds. Often, Fliff will have odds that match or beat some of the top sportsbooks like DraftKings and BetMGM. Also, more social sportsbooks are launching all the time, which means more competition. More competition always translates to better odds.
- Odds that compare to top sportsbooks.
- Odds getting progressively better with increased competition.
- Usually slightly worse odds than top real-money sportsbooks.
Fliff Payment Methods – 3.5 out of 5.0 Yays
Compared to other social sportsbooks, Fliff offers relatively convenient payment methods. Players can purchase coins with credit or debit cards as well as with online bank transfer. Online bank transfer is my preferred method because it’s also available for redemption, making it a seamless process. The funds are also instantly available in your account, even with online bank transfer.
However, it takes a few days for a redemption to appear in your bank account. Fliff takes a day or two to approve the cashout, then the bank needs to receive the money via the transfer. It’s rare that it takes longer than 72 hours, but there’s still a bit of a wait time.
The maximum withdrawal at Fliff is $1,000 per week in all states except New York and Florida, where the maximum is $5,000 per week. There is also an additional verification that occurs if the redemption is for more than $600.
- Offers credit and debit cards as well as online bank transfer.
- Approval process is fast and simple.
- Maximum $1,000 redemption in most states per week.
- Only one redemption per week.
Fliff Legal States – 4.0 out of 5.0 Yays
Fliff is legal in every US state — including Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico — except Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, Tennessee, Hawaii, and Washington. However, you can’t use Fliff Cash in the following states:
You can still play Fliff and use Gold Coins, you just can’t win cash prizes in those states. That means Fliff is available in all its glory in a total of 35 states, including California, Texas, Florida, and New York.
- Available to most of the US population.
- Available in Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and parts of Canada.
- Mostly restricted where real-money sportsbooks are already available.
- Not available for Fliff Cash play in over a dozen states.
Fliff Customer Support – 4.0 out of 5.0 Yays
Fliff customer support is only available via email and X.com. There is no phone support or live chat, which counts against it. But the email support is pretty fast, with response time as quick as one hour or less. X.com support is also relatively quick, with their agents offering quick tips and troubleshooting before referring you to the email support.
- Fast email response time.
- Robust guide section and FAQs.
- No phone or chat support.
Overall Rating of Fliff: 4.25 out of 5.0 Yays
There’s a reason Fliff is the most popular social sportsbook out there. The app quality is exceptional, the odds competitive, the selection of sports good enough to satisfy most fans, and the promotions come often enough to keep things exciting. Once you get a hang of how the two types of coins work, making picks and redeeming cash prizes because second nature. That’s why we give it 4.25 out of 5.0 yays.
- App available for iOS and Android with near perfect rating.
- Lot of sports with several types of picks within each.
- Competitive odds that compare to real-money sportsbooks.
- Available in 35 US states, including California, Floridia, Texas, and New York.
- Accepts credit cards, debit cards, and online bank transfer.
- Fast response time via email support.
- Minimum redemption is $50 Fliff Cash.
- Maximum redemption is $1,000 Fliff Cash ($5,000 in NY and FL).
- Can only redeem once per week.
- Doesn’t offer PayPal, Apple Pay, or other popular payment methods.
- Normally has slightly worse odds than real-money sportsbooks.
- Limited bet selection on some sports like international soccer.
Is Fliff a Legitimate App?
Yes, Fliff is a legitimate social sportsbook app with solid odds, rapid payments, and special features that enhance the player experience. I encourage you to compare the odds at Fliff to the likes of FanDuel and Caesars, as they’re often identical, making Fliff an excellent option for those in states without real-money sportsbooks.
The only area where it starts to feel a little suspicious is in terms of prize redemption. It’s unfortunate that the minimum is $50 Fliff Cash when you can cash out as little as $10 at real-money sportsbooks. A maximum of $1,000 is also pretty low, especially for high roller bettors. The maximum bet is $500 Fliff Cash, so it’s completely feasible to assume many players are winning more than $1,000 Fliff Cash at a time. They then have to withdraw in weekly increments of $1,000, which isn’t ideal.
But if you’re okay with those stipulations, Fliff is a completely legit and high-quality sports picks option available in almost all US states. As someone in California, I’m okay with those stipulations until real-money sports betting becomes legalized.

Should You Play at Fliff?
Fliff is a fun option with tons of exciting picks to choose from and features to enjoy. As mentioned, I’m based in California and play Fliff Sports Picks every day, whether it’s claiming the $1 Fliff Cash free, completing the Daily Challenges, making picks on an event I’m watching, or all of the above.
Without Fliff, I would be forced to bet at illegal offshore sportsbooks, which aren’t as safe and legitimate as Fliff and other social sportsbooks. It’s an app I recommend often, and one that I strongly recommend to the readers at Yay Sweepstakes, who are always looking to put more yay in their play. I’m consistently saying yay while playing on Fliff. Join me!
